Sight from Jyuhyoubashi (Zao, Yamagata pref.)

It is January 1, 2008. We had a warm winter again with not much snow. Finally, cold weather hit Japan from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day, bringing some eagerly-awaited snow. To take this photograph, I waited until the town in distant view is covered with gas and shoot the scenery of new snow spreading under my eyes from the bridge.
